Defective pump sold with every single bottle
I love this product but the defective pump they sell this product with forces you to waste at least 1/4 of the product. For the price I paid for one bottle, you would think this company could provide a pump that would actually work with the thickness of the lotion. I tried to attach a picture that...

Great product/Poor packaging
I buy the pump size of this moisturizer. This product works beautifully, but it does exfoliate. If you haven't manually done so, this product will "peel" away at the layer of moisturizer you just put on. So I recommend at least a good exfoliation weekly, so the moisturizer can do the daily work. This makes your skin so soft. Allows a nice makeup application and to some extent acts as a primer. The bottle itself sucks. Most of the time the pump doesn't work or quits working. The bottle is so large, I just transfer a bit to a smaller container as needed.

My skin is soft and moisturized! This has transformed my skin in such a short time. If you suffer from dry rough skin. Please try this. It has changed my skin.
Fine product bad packaging
The lotion itself is fine it's not my favorite thick lotion but it works well enough. Though you have to be careful with how much you use if you don't want to end up greasy. The packaging is also horrific the pump stops working with like 25% left in the bottle and its so hard to get the rest out. It's to thick to pour out after removing the top and the only real way to get it out is to cut into the bottle. It needs to be in a tub or something not a pump bottle. Won't be repurchasing again!

I tried this and cicaplast out for a week and I was so dissapointed. It did nothing. I desperatly needed a new moisterizer and was so excited to try these out because all the tret girls with dry skin loved it but i still woke up every morning with my skin flaking from being so dry. Reminds me of cereva ? and cetaphil
One of my favs!
Love what it has done for my skin. Just wish the bottles were a little bigger. Also, its so thick that when it starts getting low you cant pump it any more and it is kind of difficult to get it all out.
