Liner color is nothing like online pic or description

lovely lip liners
I really like these lip liners. I have Pumpkin and Marrakesh. I was drawn to these because of the unique colors, and especially their appeal for fall. I wish I could use the liner all overly lips and wear alone, but it's too dry for my taste. It's not a problem overall, I just add a lip balm.

I've never had this problem with any other lip pencil (I use NYX, usually). The brand does sell a cheap sharpener that seems to work with their products but it can only be bought on their website. I don't feel like paying for shipping for one product 😂 Bottom line: I repurchased the lipliner in "Rosewood" because I love it so much!

Color swatch very off with online
This is pulling a light neutral brown vs a rose wood color as described, wanted to do an exchange for one shade darker but since this brand is not carry in store, no exchange can be made. Very disappointing!!
