Perfect easy to apply matte lip color

Nice, velvety-matte finish
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This has a nice, velvety-matte finish and is not overly drying on the lips. I have sensitive skin, so I usually apply a bit of aquaphor or Vaseline before applying colored lip products. It's highly pigmented and lasted a decent amount of time, with reapplication needed after eating/drinking.

I received this product and exchange for my honest review. I had really high hopes for the Lancôme Lip Idôle CuddleBlur given the brand's reputation but unfortunately it fell flat for me as a Black woman. The formula itself is fine, it applies smoothly and feels comfortable on the lips but the color payoff is essentially nonexistent on deeper skin tones. It goes on completely clear, more like a basic lip gloss than an actual tinted product. If you have a fair to medium complexion this might give you a subtle pretty flush but on deeper skin tones don't expect to see any color whatsoever. It's not a bad gloss but it's not what it's marketed to be for everyone. Would not purchase.
An absolute must buy lip color

The packaging is very high-end and looks beautiful, the scent is great and the applicator is large and easy to use. This lip gloss does not have a long life, but it keeps my lips hydrated and looking gorgeous.
