CHI provided this product complimentary in exchange for my honest feedback. I ised the chi heat protectant and serum with the flat iron. My hair has never been so shiny, silky and straight with one pass using any other flat iron at home. I'm looking forward to "silk press season" using this flat iron. It heats up fast, cools down just as fast. I've had no issues with it so far!

I received this product from CHI for free in exchange for my honest review. It's compact and chic, heats up fairly quickly, is easy to use, and glides through my hair smoothly. I have medium thick Asian hair that is slightly damaged from years of bleach, but after straightening it with the Keratin Infused Ceramic Flat Iron, my hair looks shiny and feels smooth. I have been in the market for a new straightener for a while, and this one did not disappoint!
