Misleading Fill Levels & Poor Customer Service
Bought Joico K-PAK shampoo 33.8 oz from Ulta online. Bottle filled far below neck unlike Luster Lock leave-in conditioner. Misleading packaging/advertising. Ulta rep said go to store, did & all bottles same. Poor response, unfair to customers.

I have been searching for something that would bring my hair back to life and this collection has done just that!! Not only are the shampoo and conditioner great but the anti frizz spray and heat spray are great as well!! The scent is amazing. Not too strong yet leaves hair smelling good, even if you don't wash daily!

Why does Joico label this shampoo as 33.8 oz when bottles consistently hold closer to 30 oz or less? Other brands use seals, actual product weight, or packaging adjustments to prevent spillage. Why not Joico?
