Not meant for the oily eyelid gals
It's really not meant for the oily eyelid gals. Eyeshadow became a line after a few hours and doesn't work.

I've gone through about three bottles of this primer. I personally like it better than the milk one. It hydrates the skin gives a nice smooth base for makeup application and makes my make stay on all day, even through a 12 hour shift. The price point it's amazing as well! I highly recommend.
