Old formula was better
LOVED the older version of this lotion...very nourishing and pampering...then it seemed to get watery and less moisturizing. Still a good lotion but if I wanted a lighter lotion I would order one...now there doesn't seem to be a truly "intensive moisturizing" one on the dermalogica line...hope they ...

Very Hydrating
I really enjoy this moisturizer! I have acne prone dry sensitive skin and it didnt cause any breakouts. My face feels hydrated all day after use. A little goes a long way. It does have a "chemical" smell although it doesn't bother me personally.
Smells awful
The smell is awful. Note that I am highly sensitive to odors, I can't wear or be around any perfume and buy mostly fragrance free. This product is not fragrance free. It may not have added perfume, but it has a very strong odor. I had to rewash my face immediately, so I never technically used it and can't comment on its moisturizing properties. I only bought the small sample on a 2 for 1 sale, so I didn't lose too much money.
24 years faithful
I use the Demologica 5 product routine. I have for 24 years. I grow into new products as my skin ages, but I have never had a reason to change. Nobody believes me when I say how old I am. So, there you have it.
The perfect amount of hydration for my skin!
I went to Ulta to specifically look at this line as it is cruelty free. While there, the sales associate tried to steer me towards Elements instead. I'm so glad that despite their heavy sales pitch I purchased what I came for. Not only is it cruelty free, the product does not irritate my rosacea sensitive skin!
Great moisturizer! I won't use anything else.
I love this moisturizer. I wish it was less expensive but it works so well on my skin.

Does this contain SPF?

Can i use this on my hands? I didn't read instructions before buying, just saw that it moisturizes 10 layers deep and my hands are so dry and cracked so i was hoping it'd help but Im not sure now
