The product is effective and the smell is definitely improved in the new formula. However, the new formula contains only ceramide 3. I wish that they had kept a variety or ceramides in here along with phytosphingosine and cholesterol like they used to have. I also wish we knew if and how it is safe ...

Good but could be better
The product is effective and the smell is definitely improved in the new formula. However, the new formula contains only ceramide 3. I wish that they had kept a variety or ceramides in here along with phytosphingosine and cholesterol like they used to have. I also wish we knew if and how it is safe to use on the face. Finally, the instructions on sun protection need to be more clear. They have a sunburn warning but it does not mention SPF/UPF ratings, how often to reapply sunscreens, etc.
Intensive
This lotion is very thick and moisturizing. I like the pump - it's easy to dispense. The formula is healing and provides intense targeting moisture to specific areas or all over. I notice less bumps and flakes when I use it. It's also gentle and non irritating.
My Favorite Moisturizer
Amlactin has made such a difference in the health of my skin. This lotion is the perfect balance between moisture and exfoliation, without being greasy or feelinj like too much on the skin. The lactic acid gently gets rid od dead skin while mu moisture barrier is kept strong. It is free of dyes and scents and perfect for my dry, sensitive skin. I absolutely recommend and will continue to repurchase this lotion.

This is a 10 out of 10. I have eczema and ive used just about every hydrating cream medicated and otherwise. I can say that this moisture really does last. It has the moisture of an ointment but without the greasy sticky feel on the skin. Its definitely an innovative product! No scent! Id def recommend
Great products
A great fragrance free lotion option for people with scent sensitivity looking to heal their dry skin. As someone with dry skin due to the place I reside, this lotion really helped me out and kept me moisturized. It is however slightly thick which may be a texture issue for people. Overall nice product and wish they had a bigger size.
