As a hairstylist, I am often asked about new products that hit the market. I can't wait to try them out myself so I'm prepared to answer any questions that come my way. The Conair DigitalAIRE Drying Wand is a beautiful hair dryer, sleek and very different from anything I've seen in the past. It's a small yet very powerful wand-type design. Personally, I think it's more comfortable to hold than a traditional hair dryer and it never gets too hot to cause damage to your hair or too hot to hold. It comes with 3 different attachments that are easy to click on, stay on securely, and are easy to remove with the press of a button. Each attachment is designed to help you achieve different results, or you can use it without the attachments as a traditional dryer. It's lightweight, convenient, and easy to travel with. However, it claims to produce a silky smooth hair texture that I was never able to achieve. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to produce these beautiful results and failed miserably. The straightening attachments are hard and uncomfortable on your scalp. The volumizing attachment is difficult to use because of the amount of airflow that pours out of it. I could not hold my hair up and get the tool under it without my hair blowing all over the place, creating a teased mess. No matter what I did, I ended up with a frizzy disaster each time. Even using it just to freshen up, I cannot seem to produce desirable results. I don't think this has ever happened to me in all my years of being a hairstylist. For reference, I have Caucasian hair - it's long, pretty thick, and has a slight wave. I would be curious if this would work better for extreme curls or ethnic hair better than it worked for me. I appreciate that they kept the temperature at a safe range. Even the attachments seem like they may have been best designed for textured hair. Unfortunately for me, this was a miss. I was really hoping I'd love this tool, but I honestly think it still needs work. I'd love to see a cool button added and a rounder brush attachment. Most of all, I feel this dryer would work best if the airflow was directed downward, rather than straight out. On the plus side, I did find an amazing way to use the Conair DigitalAIRE Drying Wand! It works great for balayages! No need to tease the hair, hold your section straight up, and it separates the hair for you.

This is the first time that I felt very satisfied with a hair tool. I love everything in it. I love all the attachments that are included in this hair tool. The quality is very good. I love this is very affordable and the functions are very usefull. It has all that you need. You need to spend hundreds of dollars for a hair tool just get this con air and I am sure you will be happy and satisfied with your purchase. The hair drying function works great. The straightening hair attachment is good too. Everything works great and I love that it doesn't damage my hair because of the amount of heat. So I am very confident in using it every day or anytime I need it. Its a keeper guys go get yours now you wont regret it .

This thing is the TRUTH! I have 4C hair which requires a pretty hard blow dry before I can flat iron or do a silk press. This blow dryer with the comb attachment literally cut my dry time in half and did not burn my hands at all! I want 10!!!
