This is very lightweight compared to many other foundations I've tried… perfect for the summer if you ask me! It is not cakey whatsoever, but does still give you good natural looking coverage. I can also appreciate that shade 14 has been a match for me even with a partial summer beach tan :)

I have been using the complexion stick for a few weeks. The shade matched perfectly. The formula is creamy and gives the right amount of coverage. It is also buildable and had a good longevity. I normally stay away from stick foundations because they break apart at the end of the day and become greasy but this one did not. I highly recommend.

I normally wear liquid foundation, so I was interested in trying the HUESTICK Complexion Stick from Live Tinted. One thing I noticed is that they offer a wide range of shades. Based on the shade description, I selected Shade 8, which is described as light-medium with cool undertones. After receiving the product, I realized that the shade was quite different from what I expected for a light-medium cool. Shade 8 has an ashy brown appearance. I wasn't able to use it all over my face. However, I was able to use it as a cream contour stick. I had been wanting to experiment with cream contouring anyway! I liked how smooth and creamy the formula felt. It blended easily with my fingers. While the shade wasn't the right foundation match for me, I can still see myself reaching for it when I want to add some definition to my face.

Trying the Huestick Complexion Stick 5-in-1 in shade 9 — it ended up being too deep for me to use as foundation, but honestly I'm not mad about it at all. I've been using it as a bronzer instead and it's actually the perfect tone for that. I love bronzer sticks and I'm really into that sunkissed, bronzed makeup look, so this ended up working out better than expected. It blends beautifully and gives the prettiest warm brown-bronze finish to the skin.
