I'm not sure that I was able to use this product long enough in order to feel the difference in my hormones. My hormones are very unbalanced regularly and I was mid cycle when I started taking the supplement. I can certainly see it doesn't make anything worse but I'm not sure that it helps to make t...

Best find to actually work!
I bought this because I struggle with cystic acne. I've tried so many things and even went to a dermatologist to help me with it but nothing worked until I found this. Within 3 weeks to a month I started to notice a difference. My skin cleared and even other people started to notice as well within 3 months. The only negative thing about this product is that in my personal preference, I do wish it was in a pill form and unfortunately it doesn't last me a full 30 days. Other than that I do recomend it to anyone struggling with acne. Give this a try, it might just work for you too!
