It took a while to notice a difference (I would say around 4-5 weeks) but I really noticed a big difference in my sleep, nails and hair. My sleep isn't as irregular and my nails are definitely stronger and longer. Would highly recommend

So I have been looking and trying many different perimenopause collagen biotin, you name it supplements. The biggest thing I have a problem with is the capsules I either can't swallow them or they make my kidneys hurt the powder either doesn't dissolve and/or tastes horrible, many of the gummy form art effective, so when I sound a liquid, which I have tried one other liquid, and honestly, it tasted awful that I couldn't even drink the rest of it so it literally is still sitting in my fridge and I have been debating if I should at least try to get it down. Anyhow, back to this product for the price for 15 packets was steep very steep, being healthy, and beautiful, ain't easy and ain't cheap lol. So I went ahead to purchase it and I took one every day for the 15 days. Here's what I could tell you I didn't receive any results which is probably because it was only 15 days worth had I thought about this prior to purchasing, I wouldn't have purchased it for the price because it would be over a few hundred dollars before You may see results and the taste isn't that great it was hard to get down but not as hard as the other brand I was able to do it. It's like grapefruit. I don't like grapefruit. It reminds me of and smells like cat p*ss. Hey justvbeing honest. Not the collagen packets but the grapefruit. And that's pretty much what you taste is grapefruit. Had I known they were grapefruit flavor? I would've definitely not purchased them. Anyhow, I would say unless you're rich and rolling in the money do not buy these there's more effective things for a lot cheaper than this. Micro ingredients being one of them. They're the best powder that I found that has no taste. It's actually unflavored, and it dissolves quickly in any drink. I don't usually mention other brands or other products and reviews, but this brand in this product is a disappointment and really PMO.

This definitely works. I've been using it since my early forties and now I'm 49 I can recommend the menopause one too. Great supplement. Definitely makes you feel healthier and younger from the inside out.
