Taking for 3 months, HUGE difference!
I am currently 8 months pregnant and I have been taking these prenatal hair vitamins for going on 3 months now and I can see a difference. It took about a month for me to start noticing results. I used to have my hair break alot, lots of hair in my brush and coming out in the shower and I hardly have any of those symptoms anymore. My hair also just feels healthier. I thought I might as well give it a try since its also a prenatal vitamin. Now i love it! I really wish it did come in a gummy option though. The smell of the pills was a little hard to swallow at first but i eventually got used to it. I even purchased the regular Hairtamin advanced for my bf and hes been taking it for a couple months as well and is also pleased with the results that he has been seeing. Funny enough his facial hair is getting thicker. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that wants fuller, healthier hair and nails!
