Hi there! Thanks for getting in touch. All our products are made/manufactured in Australia. In the future there will be a small amount of products will be manufactured in the US; however, the formulation is still Australia-made. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our CS team at wecare@bondiboost.com.au! Have a great day.Was this answer helpful to you

Is this safe around pets?
Asked by Dani
Official Answer By Bondi Boost - Brand Engage
Hi there, thanks for getting in touch! We can confirm that our products don't contain minoxidil, which we understand can be harmful to pets. Our HG line does include Procapil and Redensyl, which are naturally derived for hair care. While these are safe for human use, we always recommend checking with your vet if you have any concerns about the effect on your cat, especially if they are likely to come into contact with the products. If you have any further questions, please reach out to wecare@bondiboost.com.auWas this answer helpful to you
Q
Is this effective for age-related/hormonal hair thinning? I am in my 40s and have started to see a noticeable thinning in my crown and temples.
Asked by Megan
Official Answer By Bondi Boost - Brand Engage
Hi there! Thank you for your question. Many of our customers use the Procapil Hair Tonic for their hormonal thinning and have seen great results! However, it’s important to note that no topical treatment can address hormonal imbalances. If you suspect your thinning is hormone-related, we recommend speaking with your doctor for further advice. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Hi there! I just started using the HG shampoo and conditioner, so far I am very happy. When I bought these I also purchased the Intensive Spray Scalp Serum however I have not used it, I wanted to start using the Procapil Hair Tonic together with it. I do not wet/wash my hair daily, every third day I wash it. I understand how and when to use these products, I am wondering if these products would still be used daily even though they aren't washed out for three days? I am guessing it's fine to use daily and not wash out.. just wanted to make sure.. thank you!

Hi there! Thank you for your question. Absolutely! These products are designed to be absorbed into your scalp and are not intended to be washed out. Consistency is key, so you can use these products on non-hair wash days as well. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
How many pumps of spray is recommended to use per area?
Asked by Anonymous
Official Answer By Bondi Boost - Brand Engage
Hi there! Thank you for your question. Our Procapil Hair Tonic is quite concentrated, so a small amount in each section is enough. To apply, part your hair and squeeze directly onto your scalp in sections. Massage gently and leave in—no rinse required! Was this answer helpful to you

Love this product

This product is great. Doesn't leave your hair feeling greasy. It's very light and keeps my hair looking shiny and protected from heat damage.

Buyer Beware! Ingredients on Ulta do NOT match Bondi Boost

I was very confused by the comments that stated the product is "greasy" because it had the exact opposite effect on my hair - left it extremely dry & itchy. I compared the ingredients listed on the Ulta site vs the Bondi Boost site, and they DO NOT COMPARE! Some of the ingredients listed on Ulta inc...

It gave me headaches

Submitted 8 days ago

By Kel

From Florida

I used this product once and got a horrible headache, but I didn't attribute it to the product. Then, I washed my hair two days later and used it again, and got the same thing: a horrible headache that lasted all day. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.

Made no difference

I used this product consistently til it was gone, and after almost 6 months of use I noticed no difference in my hair- other than it was drier than normal. Additionally, the product isn't the easiest to use. The consistency is thin as water, so you can't really "rub" it in, it just ends up absorbing wherever you apply it pretty quickly and due to this, it makes you wonder if your missing spots or if you adequately covered the scalp area you intended to. I now use the Verb Exfoliating Scalp Nectar and IMO my scalp seems much healthier now than when using this Bondi product- I feel this entire brand is overrated and over priced.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Left hair dry

Submitted 2 months ago

By Renee

From NJ

Hair Type Very Curly Hair

I was on the hunt for a heat protection spray that I could use on wet or dry hair. I have frizzy, curly hair that I blow dry at times and use flat iron or curling iron. I put this on my hair twice and both times my hair felt dry and frizzy after. This was when wet. After blow drying my hair looked frizzy. The spray bottle was a nigtmare. I had to use both hands to push down on it for anything to come out. Eventually I poured it in another spray bottle to use. I like that it has a light scent , but for the price it was not that good. Will not purchase again.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I sometimes have an itchy scalp and I've found that this product almost immediately calms the itch! It seems to be helping keep the hair that I have as I've noticed less fall out. It's so easy to apply and doesn't look greasy or weigh my hair down,
