Apply to wet hair, massage into a lather and rinse. Follow with conditioner. Use 1 time per week or as often as needed.

I love this shampoo
I have used this shampoo for years, and love it! But now the shop I bought it from hasn't had it for awhile. Are you discontinuing this product. What's up with this? I hope not. I have a lot of skin allergies, and this is one shampoo that doesn't break me out

color treated hair issue
My hair has been colored and when I use his product it seems like the color has been removed. The product does not say anything about using on color treated hair.

My New Holy Grail
I have struggled for the better part of 3 years with my hair texture and porosity, leading to so many daily issues I kept trying to fix with various different hard water shampoos and deep cleansers. Until I found this one, nothing made any difference at all. I still felt severe mineral buildup causing styling and comfortability issues. After just one use of the redken cleansing cream, I am confident that I will be buying it again. It has already been life changing for my hair. I can actually run my fingers through it now and it feels clean instead of oily directly after showering. 10/10.

Love the product but the packaging is second rate. This is the second time I've bought this product and if placed with the spout down cap closed it leaks and you lose half your product. I will have to return it and exchange it again because I like the formula but very dissatisfied.
