Rookie Wellness Greens & Superfoods: Gut Health + Immune Support

I dont have anything to compare this to since this is my first time trying a greens powder. But wow this was nice! It tasted like greens for sure but of course I was expecting that. You can expect this kind if stuff to taste like straight apple juice. Even though it tasted like greens it was very smooth and not bitter or overpowering. Kind of like a greens smoothie. The apple flavor was subtle but perfect especially with some ice cold water. As for the actual effects and results I dont know if these kinds of things truly work but all the ingredients sound good and beneficial so I say it doesnt hurt to keep taking them. As this being first greens product it left a very goid impression. I like to take this in the morning with some ice cold water but I could see this being good in the winter time with some warm water and a squeeze of lemon. I will definitely keep taking this! Im not going to lie, I was honestly expecting this to taste horribly based on every other green drink I've ever had. I usually trade the idea of something tasting great for the benefits but this offers great taste and great benefits. I'm not joking when I said it tasted so good. This was the first time I've ever enjoyed drinking any sort of green Health juice. I have been consistent with having a pack a day with the full glass of water and I feel like my stomach issues are getting better. I feel lighter less bloated. My stomach looks flatter as well, I also just feel overall more energized than I typically do, which I love. I usually only ever get any sort of an energy kick with coffee and it's nice not having to drink coffee every single day. I would definitely recommend this it exceeded my expectations.
