Rookie Wellness Greens & Superfoods: Gut Health + Immune Support

I would like to start this review by saying that I have never tried this brand before. I really like, however, the science and care that their brand seems to put behind their products. I was very intrigued and a little nervous to try this. I am a person who likes vegetables but I worry that with the over farming of our soil I am not getting enough nutrients from vegetables alone. I am also someone who doesn't like to take a bunch of pills. That being said I have a hard time drinking things that don't taste good. That's why this product is so fantastic!! This is a supplement that actually tastes good! It really does taste like mango tea to me. And when I'm saying I can't tolerate drinking things, I literally usually can't get anything down even if my doctor tells me to. The other thing that I loved about this supplement is it made me feel great all day. I had more energy and I swear my focus was better. If you're looking to supplement and get more nutrients in your diet, I would highly recommend this. I was gifted this in exchange for my honest review.

Received as a part of educational program. This was super easy to mix with cold water. After a good stir for about 30 seconds, there were no clumps seen. You do still get little green bits from the spirulina would be my guess and towards the end it is a little grainy if you aren't expecting it. The green apple flavor is not super overpowering.

It's also formulated without sugar, dairy, or gluten, so it works for just about everyone! One packets contains 3g of fiber and 18 fruits and vegetables, which is so much more nutrients than your average smoothie, and much more convenient when you're on the go! as someone who is always looking for new ways to get all the nutrients I need, Rookie Wellness Greens + Superfoods is definitely a tasty way to fill the gaps when my diet isn't cutting it. It does have a "greens" like taste to it, but I really enjoy the peach mango flavor as it overpowers the strong greens flavor. also, to note, I am a person who enjoys matcha, chai, and other more earthy drinks. If those types of drinks don't appeal to you, then this may not be for you. the one issue I had was with the way the powder mixes, and I deducted a star for it. I tried a blender bottle, a small hand mixer, and I still ended up with quite a lot of powder settled at the bottom. this may also be related to how I'm drinking it, as I can only drink using straws due to neck and spine issues. I would imagine if you're tipping your head and the bottle back to drink it, it would help with keeping the powder mixed. since I have to use a straw, I get big sips of green powder, and it's not great.

I am a huge fan of supergreens powders as they not only help with our daily fiber intake, they also provide healthy nutrients for our body. Rookie Greens provides most of the important vitamins, such as A and C, as well as greens and reds, such as spirulina and cranberry, and last but not least a probiotic blend and a digestive enzyme blend, all of which are super beneficial in our diet to support gut health, immunity, and energy. Unlike other brands, the Rookie Greens is actually tasty! It has a peach mango flavor which really helps out if you are not a fan of consuming such drinks. It is vegan, soy free, and has no sugar; it has stevia! The only reason I am giving it three stars out of five is because it does not dissolve properly in water and all that powdery substance settles to the bottom within a minute of mixing, therefore you have to keep stirring it while you drink it. Because of this, it is also impossible to mix it with ice. It is a major inconvenience.
