Beyond impressed with the Magnesium/Calcium/Vitamin D supplement. It WORKS. I am always very constipated and after one night of taking half a dose of this, I was able to have a normal bowel movement. Packets missing capsules
Interesting that my first review was deleted but here goes again. A few packets only contain 3 capsules instead of 4. Recycling symbol on single serve packs seems sketchy since without a number on the symbol I don't know how to recycle it. My doc says I need more vitamin b6 and magnesium than this o...

I love the ease and convenience of these packs. I dont forget to take them, with the autoship feature I never run out. If I have to travel its super simple to grab the numbe rof lacks i need vs carrying bulky containers. I highly recommend these.
Great product; silly packaging

The vitamins themselves are good! They are a little hard to swallow, due to the amount of air in each, but it's manageable. I absolutely hate the packaging though with all the tiny little unsustainable plastic pouches. Just put them all in one container. I can count out 4 a day.

Recycling symbol on single serve packs seems sketchy since without a number on the symbol I don't know how to recycle it. My doc says I need more vitamin b6 and magnesium than this offers so probably won't buy again.

Beyond impressed with the Magnesium/Calcium/Vitamin D supplement. It WORKS. I am always very constipated and after one night of taking half a dose of this, I was able to have a normal bowel movement. Make sure you work your way up to the full dose! You can definitely get a stomach ache from all the magnesium if your body isn't used to it yet. My only wondering is that I've seen you're not supposed to take magnesium and calcium together since they affect each others absorption, so I was curious why these are combined. However, I was looking for these exact vitamins so it makes it much easier that theyre combined. They are also 100% tasteless and do not have an odor.
