How To Use Use gel packs directly or insert into the disposable sleeves for added comfort and easier cleanup. Always test temperature before applying to prevent burns.

Cold Use Freeze for at least two hours, then place pack inside the disposable sleeve before use.

Hot Use Heat only one pack at a time, starting at room temperature. Wrap in a moist cloth or paper towel and place in the center of the microwave turntable. 700W: Heat for 15 seconds 1000W: Heat for 10 seconds If additional warmth is needed, reheat in 5-second intervals. Knead the pack to distribute heat evenly and rotate 180° before reheating. Always touch-test before use.
