Works well
I've been taking TVNIC CTICOO Greens & Superfoods for a few days now, and I really like it. It mixes easily into my smoothies, and I've noticed my digestion feels better and my energy is more consistent throughout the day. I also feel like my immune system has a little boost, which is great during busy weeks. The taste is surprisingly pleasant for a greens powder, not too strong or bitter. Overall, it's become an easy part of my daily routine, and I feel good knowing I'm giving my body extra nutrients.

Greens & Superfood is a great way for me to get additional nutrients in an easy and practical way. The packets dissolve well in cold drinks (I like it in water), and in seconds, I get to enjoy a tasty treat that is good for gut health and immunity. Different from other similar products that I tried, Greens & Superfood is not grainy and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort. I specially like the clean list of ingredients and how refreshing it tastes. All in all, I'm happy with this product. I received this as a part of an educational promotion.

I wasn't expecting to love this as much as I do! I take it after my workouts and it has me feeling so healthy and helps with bloating so much. I feel healthier, more regular and am excited to have it a part of my daily routine! will repurchase.
Great benefits, can work on flavor
I love finding new ways to implement greens and healthy vitamins into my everyday routine. And after trying several super green powders and mixes, I wanted to give Rookie a try. While it does dissolve quick and well with minimal clumping and grittiness. I just wasn't in love with the flavor, as I found it to a bit muted and dull with no real lasting emphasis on any one thing. I love how they come in easy to use packets which makes on the go ideal for any situation, but didn't find myself wanting to really go back and rebuy after I'd finished the pack, the benefits are nice, and I'm sure with more daily use I'd fall more into it, but I have a few other brands that seemed to call my name over Rookie. Not terrible, though nothing overly revolutionary. Give it a try though. This product was given to me complementary for an educational program.
