My first impression of this lip oil is the beautiful plush lip applicator. Love love LOVE. It hugs the lips perfectly. AND that it smells like mint! I'm not a fan of my lip products having a scent. It is not as powerful as the Patrick Ta sparkly lip plumper cinammon scent that has that lasting power...

Its so smooth and looks great. So many compliments.
Rough glittery texture
I love ELF's regular lip oils, however the glimmer ones are not the most comfortable to wear. If your lips are pressed together, you can feel the rough glitter. Not so uncomfortable to the point of being unwearable, but enough to where I won't repurchase the glimmer lip oils or recommend it to a friend.

So sparkly
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Glimmer cut is such a pretty shade. It has just the right amount of sheen and "glimmer" without being too much. The shade itself is almost a my lips but better shade. The texture of this gloss is one of my favorites and is not sticky.
I will most likely purchase this product again
