I got two colors to try out - "Power Mauves" & "Basic Beige", they were both orange on my lips with Power Mauves being a darker orange and Basic Beige a lighter orange - not the colors I was expecting to get for the selection of the names I chose. Not a stain
These are barely a lip stain. They don't leave much color behind. They're more of a gloss, and as a gloss, they're great, not sticky, very lightweight, shiny but not too shiny, with good color payoff, but if you're buying this expecting a long-lasting stain, you'll be disappointed.

It's a really nice stain! I've added before and after pictures with 4 hours of indoor work (and eating and drinking) in between. It's not perfect, but it lasts well for a gloss, and it keeps my lips from looking cracked or dry. Definitely a huge fan! Will be buying again, and only gave it four stars because of the good-but-not-great wear time.

Pretty but does not last
The shades and finish are beautiful, but I think this product is misleading. I would hardly call it a "lip stain", it's more like a lip gloss. I've tested it several times, and it never lasts through a meal. Even without eating, the color only lasts about 1–3 hours before disappearing. If you're looking for a true long-lasting lip stain, this isn't it.
