rose is ORANGE
Picked up Rose Rizzin expecting a mauve, at least something with a pinkish tone, but it's like a creamsicle orange... I have no idea how on earth they got the swatch online to look like a cool mauve that leaves a bright red stain. There's absolutely no red stain leftover -- the stain is orange, and quite faint. If you're choosing blindly in-store, I would go off the cardboard box it comes in instead, that seems to be a more accurate representation of the shade than the tube. Besides the color, it's a nice formula, not at all sticky, with an extremely faint lacquer-y smell. It does leave a faint stain, which would look nice if it were cooler toned and evoked a shadow/contour effect. The orange just looks like spaghetti sauce on my fair skin... After looking at people's swatches online, I think I'd have preferred Cinnamon Dreamz, Berry Queen, or Fiery Red - the rest look way too orange.

Nice gloss
I like the texture of this a lot, I haven't really noticed a stain, but I've only worn it once! I think it looks good on top of other lipsticks, although the pigment is strong enough so that you can wear it on its own. It's a 4 star because for such a strong pigment, I would expect a stronger staining result, and some of the colors look different than shown online, such as Cinnamon Dreams, which came across as a very weird brown in person, but I liked it over a red lip.
