Bad packaging
I like this cleanser. I did feel it got makeup off and didn't aggravate my sensitive skin and kept me from breaking out. The cons are that this is THICK and gloopy. It gets dried in the cap like toothpaste. At one point, I had to take the cap off and try to bang the product out to get it out. There ...

I like this product but it leaves my skin SO OILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the thing to get the product out dent work AT ALL!!!!! I have to take the ENTIRE LID OFF JUST TO WASH MY FACE. it isn't one that I would buy again to say the least.. .my mom does enjoy it though.

Tight and itchy skin
I really wanted to like this cleanser but I do not. It leaves my face feeling tight and itchy. It also doesn't feel like the product completely comes off after washing. It feels like it leaves a film behind no matter how much I rinse my face.
