Simply insert the liner into the appropiate sized sharpener hole and twist until the desired amount of product appears. Worst eyeliner ever. Doesn't sharpen. No product.
Who makes an eyeliner like this that you can't sharpen?? I can't believe how stupid this product is. I'm so disappointed in Ulta for even selling this. All you get is the tiny amount of product you see and there's no way to sharpen it so it just becomes a nub you have to throw out after like 4 uses....

I'm pleased with this eyeliner. I purchased a Clinique Quickliner eyeliner, and it was a disaster, so I returned and got this Ulta liner that was less expensive and of much better quality. I highly recommend this eyeliner as it is also a good value.
