Finally a product that made want to write a review

Ok, so I always get chipped nails. Like ALWAYS. Apparently I have really oily nails. Go figure! Even my gel nails get chipped if the salons do not follow certain steps to really remove any excess oil from my nails (though I must admit that Essie Gels never got chipped - but not all salons can affor...d to have Essies). So when I first heard about the gel like products from Essie I was way to skeptical. As if there could be a product lasting more than a couple of days on my nails. And then I got this one on a wimp. Oh well. Never thought in a million years this would happen! hoho! I have this on for more than two weeks and I have yet to see a chipping or a significant wear!! The only wear that I had at around 10 days was at the very tips of my nails that get hit from my everyday regime, which unless you are very picky you tend to ignore it. Something that I fixed with a new coat and everything was as new again (cause I am really picky!) So this is me with 3 coats of Caviar bar, wearing it for more than 2 weeks ;) Note this however: I never ever use top coats cause I would get a chipping at day 1. So my recommendation is to get these gel couture products and let them dry naturally (they really dry super fast plus this new brush they have will make you a pro!). You wont get the super shinny effect that a top coat will give you the days to follow, but they will last really really long. And if the colour dulls after a few days, which it does not, just re-apply another coat of the original colour.
