- Day: Keratin booster -> Apply 1 to 3 times a day on bare nails using the brush.
- Let it dry completely until full absorption.
- Repeat daily, for 5 to 7 days.
- If you wish to apply polish after this care, degrease the nail surface for optimum hold. Before going to bed -> Apply the S.O.S Mask in thick layers to bare and clean nails, like a polish.
- Leave to dry naturally and once dry, leave on overnight.
- The next morning, remove by simply peeling off or washing off with soapy water. Repeat this routine once 3 times a week.

I tried several of these products expecting the results they advertised. My nails got much worse using these products: breaking, splitting, peeling and over all became much more damaged than when I started. I do not recommend. Not everyone has a positive result. I received a refund for the products I ordered directly from their website. The return window for Ulta is closed so I feel like I wasted a lot of money on a product that didn't work as advertised.

My nails have been extremely damaged by having BIAB put on constantly for 2 years. Removed by same shop and you can see where they have grown out the problem is they have not got so many layers so making them weak splitting vertically and soft. I am hoping this product will help!!
