With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

THIS SAVED MY LIFE. I am not even being dramatic, I looked back when I purchased this and went through the reviews and was kinda shocked by the negative reviews. people saying that it was irritating and the boric acid was better. Boric acid is not a cure (not natural) but instead mask symptoms rather than getting to the specific core issue and not sure what other people were suffering with but could perhaps have been another issue that was not diagnosed by the doctor because this product is all natural!!!! it literally has the probiotics for what your Vagina NEEDS. I have been tested for candida and had it RECURRING, and this is the ONLY thing that took it away. I would put this in every month and honestly felt like I had a new vagina every time I did.

Thought it would work but after day 4 the vaginal suppository seemed to cause a tingling irritation. I stopped using the product but on day 5 my vaginal canal seemed more irritated (soreness tenderness) there was an odor by day 6. I only used the product to stop the discharge related to the BV. I didn't have an odor before using this product. I had previously used the Killer product with no issues so I decided to try this product. I can't say this was a good experience.

It works! I've used about 2/3 of the pack thus far and have a noticeable difference in the reduction of odor for this 67 year old!
