With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

I think that doing the 5-day reset with these may have been the only thing that's stopped years of sex-related UTIs. Nothing had truly prevented them before -- showering beforehand, antibiotics after, mannose, sprays, all the cranberry I can stomach. But so far so good! I'm hoping this is finally the answer.

What I've noticed is that when you take this it either changes your life or turns your vagina into a nightmare landscape. Unfortunately for me, I experienced the latter... I've used the Killer for a while, mostly bc I've been having symptoms of BV that my doctors won't take seriously and it has helped in the past. I was reading about Flora Power and thought it sounded like it could also be really helpful. I took it one day and nothing really changed so I tried a second dose and when I woke up the next morning I had the worst yeast infection of my life- this included painful itching that could only be relieved with sitting in the bath, cracked and bleeding skin, and incredible discomfort. Treated myself for the YI and while I feel a lot better, I am still having issues with itchy, cracked skin. I'm going to try to get in to see my gyno soon. TL;DR: if you think your vagina is even SLIGHTLY sensitive, avoid this product!

Used once and woke up with itching and burning the next day. Had a similar reaction to The Killer so I guess these are just something my body doesn't like. So disappointed and wished I had read other reviews. :(

This seems to be making a difference for me. I've been struggling with reoccurring yeast, and since using this product in tandem with the other things I am doing, it has reduced the symptoms to nearly gone. It really seems to have knocked this out and I've only used one weeks worth.

For the first two nights I had no problems. Day three however was a different story. I showered and after the shower I felt a burning, itching sensation. Out of no where. I was panicking. I've put cold compresses on and it I'm done using it. I've used The Killer with no issues so thought this would be ok.
