With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

It works! I've used about 2/3 of the pack thus far and have a noticeable difference in the reduction of odor for this 67 year old!
did not work for me. I wanted this to work so bad!
I had only ever tried the killer once. which was way easier to put in than this time but it was maybe over a year ago and I noticed they changed their packaging. this time, it was so hard to put in that it freaked me out! and once I deposited it to the best I could, it was not budging, it was just stuck to me and I just decided to let it be. a few hours later in the morning I woke up and took a peak. it did not dissolve well, turned orange, and had a slight burning sensation?! I knew the burning is not normal. not sure if it's because I had treated my yeast infection 2-3 days prior. I am hoping they didn't change their formula? but I will sadly not be using again (also I accidentally purchased flora power instead of the killer so I am curious if it makes a difference?)

I don't use these often but they help so much when needed. I sometimes get BV, this was life changing. It helps, I always have swollen lymph nodes in the groin area whenever I get BV. I just use as suggested and I'm back to normal. There are so many people suffering from BV and I really think everyone who does should give this a try.
