The Odele Beauty Flex Hair Gel is a good product. I can only speak of how it worked for me with my hair. Also, how weather affects my hair and/or can affect the products I use, in this case, the Odele Beauty Flex Hair Gel. First, the packaging is very nice. A good size to hold if you're styling your... hair and easy to open with one hand if you liked going to pour directly on your own head/hair. It's a vegan product and not tested on animals which is a big bonus for me personally. It clarifies it's best seven different types of hair and color treated. Currently haven't had treated my hair but good to know. The scent is a bit fruity and woody. Not too strong. The color of the product is clear. The gel is not too runny but not too thick which distributed well into my medium straight hair. I had used (many years ago) a similar product but that one product was called a liquid spray. I believe Odele Beauty Flex Hair Gel is similar expect it doesn't leave my hair crunchy and doesn't leave white residue if I brush my hair after applying it. Instructions for use is to use wet for a "wash and go" look or on damp hair for a slicked style. I often just wear my hair straight but for me, using it on damp hair didn't give me my desire look. My frizz is really bad at the bottom part of my hair. With the weather currently being windy and humidity being high, it affects my frizz even more. The second time I used it, I used it on wet hair and the results where much better. I liked it more this way and have been using on wet hair. My hair is slicker but still do see some frizz. However, I do like that the Odele Beauty Flex Hair Gel doesn't hardened my hair so after getting hot, I easily put my hair up in a ponytail with trouble. I feel the gel also helped with my hair not getting tangled when I was out in windy weather. After applying gel to my hair, my hands were left just a little sticky but could easily washed the product off my hands and later off my hair during the shower without applying more than my usual shampoo. In comparison to similar products I feel the Odele Beauty Flex Hair Gel works quite well and would recommend to anyone. The cap does get a little dirty but it screws off for easy cleaning.
