I love the showerhead-it was very easy to install and the water pressure is really good. My only complaint is the filter only lasted a month and 1/2 but I know that is more due to my water so I just had my replacement sent early. I don't notice a huge difference in my skin but hair does feel softer.

I did notice a difference in water softness when the shower head was first installed. With the first filter replacement, I didnt notice much of a difference and the old filter still looked pretty good....its possible that I can go a little longer than 3mos. My skin is definitely improved, less itchy and less dry. Hopefully, my scalp health has also improved and I will see a thicker head of hair soon.

Shower head came damaged. I had to fix it myself Every time something's wrong, they want videos of it just fix it and replace it already. Got my first filter and the filter doesn't fit in properly so my showerhead doesn't work so now I have to use my neighbor shower not happy at all with this product
