I really don't like this product. The color is off, the application is sticky, the charcoal color is not offered, it doesn't include a small brush, etc....Bring back Powder Eyebrow Shaper.

After finding out that my favorite charcoal brow powder with brushes included has been discontinued, I read the reviews for the new replacement. I am not going to spend more money for an inferior product. I am very disappointed that the old brow powder has been discontinued and a replacement color hasn't even been provided with the replacement. I've been using the charcoal brow powder for years but now I'm going shopping for a replacement with a different company.

This is described as a replacement for the brow shaper powder, it doesn't come in charcoal/gray. In fact, none of the brow products I just looked at come in any shade of gray. I don't want black or dark brown brows with my silver hair, so I'll have to look for a different brand after years of happily using the charcoal powder. So disappointed.

I was using the old brow shaper for almost 20 years. This one just is NOT the same. It does not fill in the brows well. It does not stay on all day. Just not the quality I expect as a 20 year Clinique customer.

I have been using the brow shaper powder for decades. This new product is awful. Nothing like the brow shaper. I bought the brush and this pomade to try and it is terrible to apply. It clumps and is uneven, just awful. BRING BACK THE BROW SHAPER POWDER!
