Why did you change over to this new product? This is the worst eyebrow filler I have ever used. I was using your original brow enhancer for over 20 years, and it was fabulous. Why do you keep ruining a good thing? You force people to try other companies.

This product is awful. Where is the brow shaper powder???? Please bring it back. Who is making the decisions about discontinuing these products? Men, or women under 40, who don't use the product? First you discontinue the bar soap for sensitive skin, now the brow powder. Why don't you listen to your customers? Not everyone is under 30. The ones who aren't have the purchasing power! I've been a Clinique customer for over 35 years! Clinique has become very disappointing. I will be looking to other brands.

I already reviewed this product. Not a fan, but if you still produced the Charcoaled color, I would be. My main complaint is that you stopped making the Charcoaled. It was unique in that it didn't have any red and brown tint to it. Your new colors just don't work with someone who has ash colored hair. When I use the new product it doesn't look that bad, but by the afternoon the red and yellow come through. I know you would suggest another color, but they just are NOT the same. Believe me I have tried different many ways to see if I can mimic that old color. I miss the compact and the little brush included, but the colors all have that lingering orange/yellow still shows through.

I came here to order the brow shaper powder in charcoal that I've been using for decades. I'm very disheartened to find that the product and the color have been discontinued. I have been a faithful Clinique customer for years, but such disregard for your clientele has convinced me to try another cosmetic company.
