I don't know why people have given this item low reviews. I used the former Brow Shaper for decades and was very reluctant to try this, but very surprised how much I liked it. I used Charcoal before and the comparable color is perfectly matched. I'm actually going to buy a lighter color just to sport a different look. I'm 56 and I love it! I bought the two ended brush and it's perfect for this product as well. The only thinn negative I can say about it is sometimes when I'm applying a lot of it, I might create a tiny clump, but I use the brush and it takes care of it. This product does not run either.

This product is absolutely horrible. I can't believe Clinque would discontinue brow shaper when its been a staple brow makeup for people for more than 20 years. What a complete shame to not listen to all the bad reviews of this new terrible product. I mean it literally has 2 stars! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, nowadays reviews are everything. Get with the program Clinque as your losing customers not only for this but for all the other amazing products you've discontinued.

Used the Brow Shaper powder that came in the silver sliding case with brush for many years. It seemed to be phasing out as the color selection reduced over the last couple years. This product works just as well, but the packaging is not as convenient, and it doesn't seem as great of a value considering that brush needs purchased separately. Please bring back the former Brow Shaper product and packaging!

This is another example of why my makeup bag has fewer and fewer Clinique products. The Powder Eyebrow Shaper in Charcoaled was my Holy Grail for 30+ years. In my opinion, Clinique currently has NOTHING that compares to this, so I will be switching to a different product line.
