Tried this and hate it. Clinique, you already had the PERFECT BROW SHAPER, the one in the sleek silver rectangular pan that slid out like a matchbox. It had 2 small brow angled brushes (a spare was wonderful because the brushes either wore out or could be lost). I bought that 10+ times plus more ...

Tried this and hate it. Clinique, you already had the PERFECT BROW SHAPER, the one in the sleek silver rectangular pan that slid out like a matchbox. It had 2 small brow angled brushes (a spare was wonderful because the brushes either wore out or could be lost). I bought that 10+ times plus more as gifts for a couple of family & friends who liked the way I drew my brows. I'm Asian with dark hair and your Charcoaled color was a perfect match. Most people didn't even know that I drew on the tail end of my brows (I have short brows that look incomplete when not drawn in). That is how perfect the color match if Charcoaled was with typical dark brown hair. You took away a perfect product and replaced it with a couple of other brow products that font even come close. So I've been forced to goto a different brand after trying your other brow products. Luckily, I've found it! Anastasia brand in Granite. YAY! Bring back your Brow Shaper, exactly like it was, and you will win back a loyal customer.

I am just another long term user of Clinique added to the list of unhappy people who have used Brow Shaper for over 40 years! The substitute is nothing like it and I ended up throwing it out, my hard earned money down the drain! Clinique does not need to compete with the numerous cosmetic companies who cater to those under 30. Please bring the original back and your sales will soar again!

The brow shaper was perfect. Both the product and the case. This is a failure. Break a sweat, have a hot flash, or go out in a summer day and it melts like candle wax. Bring back the brow shaper and spend some cash on focus groups. This product fails everyone!

I used the brow shaper for 50 years and it was a terrific product. This goes on heavy in places and not at all in other places, it smears, iand the color is way too dark. Please bring back the brow shaper. This was such a huge disappointment!!
