This is nothing like the brow shaper and should not even be suggested as a swap! I have been using the brow shaper for the last 30 years for my non existent brows… I am disappointed and devastated. Please bring back the brow shaper! You will be losing a life time costumer with this change.

I have been a Clinique loyal customer for 42 years. This product is not even close to the Brow Shaper. It's an inferior product and not worth the aggravation of using it. Please listen to your customers that actually use the products and bring back what we are asking for. So disappointed.

Color is not sandy brown. This is a very dark brown. Consistency is horrible. Not a powder that spreads using angled brush. Causes gaps, does not fill in. Brow Shaper powder was more auburn but at least it looked natural. This is humiliating. Wish I could force Clinique to refund. Buying my brow pencils from ELF. Going to see if they have powder since the pencil is a true blonde!

Totally wish that you'd bring back your previous brow shaper. This dose not comparable. Cakey, not great colors. Terrible texture. Please bring back 'wheat' in old brown shaper.
