This eyebrow product is not good at all. Your eyebrow sharper in charcoal was the best for my sparse eyebrows. Looks like on your reviews everyone agrees. Why was it discontinued and please bring it back. I have used Clinique makeup for years.

This product is useless and does NOT provide what the Brow Shaper does. I've lost my eyebrows in a horrific wreck at the age of 23 and I've been using the Brow Shaper in the shade charcoal for more than 20 years. I'm irritated and sad that the one makeup item that has been my "security blanket" has been taken away. With this item removed, that I've relied on for years to make me feel my face looked normal, there is no reason for me to stay with Clinique.
PLEASE BRING BACK BROW SHAPER!

I so dislike this new product, I threw it (and my $$) away. Looks very unnatural, either too sparse or too heavy depending on application. Why did Clinique discontinue its Brow Shaper line, which I've used for decades? They've lost me as a long-term, loyal customer. I am now buying face cream, lipstick, etc. from other brands.

This brow shadow is just terrible. Like other reviews, I am now forced to find other brands. Also- bring back the yellow soap!! With so many negative reviews, I am not the only customer of Clinique for decades that now must find new brands.

It clumps a little at first when applied with an angle brush, but keep working it through. After it warms on the skin it provides smooth, buildable fill that blends well between patchy areas. It covers well but still looks natural because it doesn't look heavy or muddy. I have been disappointed by a lot of different brow products, but this is exactly what I have been looking for. It also doesn't make the few hairs I do have left fall out. No complaints here. It looks like this replaced a product that a lot of people used for years and loved, but taking it for what it is without comparing it to the discontinued one I think it's excellent.
