Dried my hair out
I have wavy/curly hair and the heat makes it super frizzy. This line of products did nothing for my hair, except dry it out, make it brittle and even more frizzy. Biggest waste of money and most money I've ever spent on a shampoo and conditioner. Highly disappointed.
Bad batch?
I received a sample of both the shampoo and conditioner a while back and was happy to have found a product to somewhat tame my frizzy hair. Ordered full size bottles of both shampoo and conditioner and have been using them for about a week now. Not sure if there's something wrong with the product I received, but my scalp is super greasy now, hair looks like I haven't washed it in a week by midday, and the smell is horrible!! Smells exactly like lice shampoo/poison. No frizz, but my hair looks dirty and stinks. Won't purchase again. Oh, and the bottles were only half filled with product! Not worth the price.
Be careful - hair fell out in clumps

Please be careful with this product. My first use my hair fell out in clumps and now my scalp is irritated. This has never happened to me before and it was very scary. Please use a small amount to see how you react before more product. I used the conditioner as well and more clumps of hair fell out. Not sure what ingredient in the product caused this.
Best Shampoo
So I have fine, slightly wavy hair that also tends to get pretty frizzy. I have been trying a lot of different shampoo & conditioner brands lately to find the best fit for me (including Pureology, Biolage, Kristin Ess, Redken) and this shampoo seriously blows all of those out of the water. Yes, the consistency of this shampoo is very silky and slightly runny so you do have to use more of it to lather, but it seriously works wonders on my hair! I will continue to use this for sure
