Bring back the old formula.
Why change something that was perfect? I wore the old formula for a couple decades and never had any problems. It was my ride or die foundation. This new formula is garbage. It's thin, doesn't wear even, and oxidizes. I have no idea what brand I will switch to now but I definitely won't be buying this new Double Wear formula ever again. I would give it zero stars if I could. Bring back the old formula!

This new formula is seriously horrible! It's watery, comes off super easily, lacks coverage and is patchy. Just when you thought it couldn't get worse, it will oxidize orange after a few minutes. I use the Shade Ecru 1N2 and did a side by side just to see if I was just being critical. I was correct, color was completely different from the original. It also makes me look super texturized by the end of the day. I don't know why they didn't make a secondary item. It was a huge mistake to change the product. Pretty upset because I loved this foundation and now have to search for a new brand.
Bring back the original. Please!

I tried the new formula and it.is.awful. What in the world is Estée Lauder doing!? You're messing with a good thing. This has been my go to foundation for over 10 years and now I have to find something else to replace it. The new formula is the actual worst. It was watery and tacky at the same time, clung to my dryer areas, and didn't blend or set. I also couldn't just wipe it off, I had to scrub. What is happening!? Please pivot out of this new formula ASAP before you ruin the reputation of the best foundation out there. So bummed.

The complete opposite of a good matte finish, maybe only the first hour its applied, After that very very oily
New formulation is awful
I have been a long time EL Double Wear Foundation fan and have been using it for over 5 years, this foundation was my ride or die. Key word WAS. This new formulation is watery, not full coverage, trasnfers with the slightest touch (even after powder and setting spray), clings to dry spots and is impossible to make it look seamlessly blended like before. Needless to say, I am switching foundations and returning my recent purchase. PLEASE test this out on your skin for a day before purchasing. It might work for you but certainly no longer does for me.
