The Vitamin C derivative we use, sodium ascorbyl phosphate is incredibly effective at lower levels whereas other serums have to use upwards of 10% to get the same results. We also use Niacinamide at 2%, + Alpha Arbutin at .03%. and Tranexamic Acid at .01%Was this answer helpful to you

The serum is GREAT if you're a beginner, but only somewhat decent if you're experienced. If you have sensitive skin or haven't tried the active ingredients in this serum, then it's a great serum to start with since it's gentle and has tons of ceramides to protect your skins natural barrier. Fantastic all-around starter serum
I'm a 33 year old woman with sensitive, blackhead-prone skin and a mild case of melasma. This stuff is gentle enough for my skin but also effective, the overall texture and appearance of my skin has continued to improve with use. I've gone through two bottles and am about to order a third, I really hope they never change the formula or discontinue it because this is my holy grail serum!
Burning Sensation.
Unfortunately it didnt work for me. I normaly dont have sensitive skin but as soon as I put this on my face i start getting a burning sensation. Will be returning.

Everytime I use this product I wake up with random breakouts on my face :( I have acne/roscea prone skin so I would avoid if you have sensitive skin.
