The New Formula is Terrible
Please bring back the prior formula. The new formula smells terrible — like chemicals. And I don't think the the new version works as well. I loved the prior formula and used it for years.

I normally use the travel size versions of this cleaner and it's pretty good. I don't notice much of a fragrance from when I have used it, the formula applies on smoothly, the dispenser is easy to use and get the amount of product you need. Overall this isn't a bad cleanser

I've always been a big fan of Cetaphil products as I have sensitive skin. This is a great cleanser and I love that it's fragrance free. It doesn't clog my pores and makes my skin feel super soft. However, I feel like they might have changed the formula because lately my skin feels like there's a little bit of residue left on my skin which is why I gave it 4 stars. But this is still one of my top cleansers to use. And the price point is great as well
