So far, I am only reviewing at three stars because I am not sure if I can truly notice significant change. On account of beginning a new job (that keeps me out in the sun and sweating, quite profusely) I have not experienced clearer skin. However, one area I do feel that has had some improvement is my gastrointestinal discomfort/bloating. That could be with the probiotic, as well. Give it another month and I feel that I could be attentive to the effects.
