My hair can be naturally wavy, but it takes some work. I am sort of new to all of this. I was very happy with the styling foam because it enabled me to have cute waves without weighing my hair down. I was afraid it would be too heavy, but it was not at all. My hair is thin and fine but with this product I was able to style it into cute waves!
