I have wavy hair, my sister has curly hair. Shampoo is better for her than mine as her curls are more defined. Leaves the hair very nice and clean. It smells really good and makes a lot of foam. Her curls looked with volume and soft. 100% recommend for curly hair. For wavy hair like mine I just noticed it didn't have much frizz which I liked.
