Great Product!
I don't usually take the time to write reviews but for this product I felt it was necessary. I tried this more than once. The first time it didn't come out the greatest. Second time came out a little better. The third time was the charm. It has so much slip it made my hair so soft and so shiny. Oh and by the way I have low porostiy, like 3B-4A curls. I just needed to make sure I had enough water. I also believe what helped on the last time that I tried it, was also using a leave in. I used Camille Rose Moisture Milk. My hair was left very defined and touchably soft. I know some have made comments about flaking. I had ZERO FLAKING. For me, I did add just a little bit of a stronger hold gel to help keep the curls lasting longer but I am so impressed with this curly custard. Give it try. Play around until you find the right mix.

I would say the slip is very similar to like a watered down leave in conditioner. Over all once my curls dry they look good and moisturized. I paired it with a mousse. Not much of a crunch. Curls like a decent time unless you sleep on it. Could add a gel
I love this custard!!
I can't even begin to say how much I love this custard! It is so light and fresh smelling but offers great hold. I always get a gel cast with this product. I know others don't like that it's in a tub due to its thin consistency, but I love it! I can dip my fingers in and get exactly how much I need for each section. I even use this on refresh days - I do a dry refresh by emulsifying the custard between my hands and then glazing it onto my hair in the areas that need it, let it sit for a few minutes, then lightly diffuse. It's perfect! Sometimes I pair it with the Rizos Curl Foam (applied first on dry hair) for the refresh if my curls are in rough shape - so much volume and definition by doing this!

The product smells great and gives the hair great curls but it once it dries it flakes.
very drying and bad packaging
i thought this would be amazing because of how it first felt when applied to my hair, but whrnever it dried my hair was frizzy dry and had no sort of movement. not to mention its very watery so it gets very messy. wouldn't recommend.
