It's better to just use something else
I haven't used this that much and the little handles that allow you to pop the top plug off to fill it broke off. I know silicone and plastic becomes brittle when it's frozen, but I only just quickly hit my arm against it and it broke off.

Can not even use because the lid freezes to the bottom. Even thawed and started over filling it only half way. Still frozen together.

I bought one and love mine! it has helped my skin so much
Perfect
I had another brand similar to this but this one is much better quality and a better design. It's super easy to use. I just run some hot water over the top half for about 10 seconds and can get the top to pop off pretty easily. I love what the ice is doing to my skin, I've used it most days for 7-10 days and plan to keep it on my daily routine
