Q
Can the peptide leave-on serum be used after an exfoliating face mask of bha/aha's or a face wash that has gentle exfoliating properties?
Asked by Sab
Official Answer By Mad Hippie
For the best results, we recommend using our Corrective Peptide Serum in a separate routine without any exfoliating products. This way, the peptide-packed formula can get straight to work, helping to visibly smooth, firm, and rejuvenate your skin. Was this answer helpful to you
Q

Q
I have rosacea prone skin...is this gentle enough for sensitive skin?
Asked by tiff
Official Answer By Mad Hippie
Yes! Our Corrective Peptide Serum is formulated for all skin types—even those with sensitive skin. If your skin tends to be reactive to new products, we always recommend a quick patch test. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
I'm currently using an AHA exfoliating gel with 10% glycolic acid, could I use the peptide serum in conjunction to the AHA gel?
Asked by Naya

We recommend using your glycolic acid gel at night and the Corrective Peptide Serum in the morning. This allows you to reap the full benefits of each product without layering them together and potentially causing irritation. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can I use the Mad Hippie Corrective Peptide Serum and Mad Hippie Vitamin C along with a glycolic acid toner? Q
Can you use this product daily? Do you recommend using it during the day or at night?
Asked by Kassie
Official Answer By Mad Hippie
Thanks for reaching out! The Corrective Peptide Serum can be incorporated into a morning or an evening routine. One way to use it is to alternate it with another serum in your routine. For example, if you are using the Vitamin A Serum at night, use the Corrective Peptide Serum in the morning. Or if you are using the Vitamin C Serum in the morning, use the Corrective Peptide Serum at night. If using both the Vitamin A Serum and the Vitamin C Serum, you can either alternate usage or layer - first the Vitamin C Serum or Vitamin A Serum, followed by the Corrective Peptide Serum - preferably after massaging the previous product into the skin thoroughly and waiting a couple of minutes. *Please note that we do not recommend using the Corrective Peptide Serum and AHA Exfoliating Peel in the same routine. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you

This product has done more for my skin than any other skincare product I've tried. It's super hydrating and my skin seems to have a lift after using it for a month. I'm now on my second bottle and I don't see myself ever not using this serum! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I really like this serum, along with a couple of other MH products. However, something is off. I've gone through a few bottles all the while noticing occasional flakes of stuff on my face. I finally figured it out- it's this serum. What's weird is that I'll find a few flakes on my face immediately- not later on in the day. Clearly something isn't mixed well/dissolved, or something. I think this is what some reviewers are calling glitter. I store my product in the fridge, in a box. It's not like I could've caused it to go bad and do this. It really makes me question the quality of the ingredients and/or manufacturing. Otherwise, I like it. But I'm going to stop buying.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
