I really really wanted to like this shampoo. It lathered really well for being sulfate-free, however my hair feels so dry. Toxic ingredient
I cannot believe companies continue to use toxic ingredients such as, phenoxyethanol. Especially in a shampoo, I can see why so many reviewers have complained about itchy scalps. It's frustrating that at this price point you find a cheap synthetic additive.
My scalp hurts!
I really liked this shampoo at first but then my scalp started to be super itchy, irritated, and painful. This is the only product I changed in my routine. My friend experienced the same issue. I saw other reviews said it's very drying on their hair so maybe that's why. I have very oily hair too.
Good Stuff
I got this as a sample. I used both the shampoo and conditioner. I like the smell. It really softens my and makes it shiny. I have a natural wave / curls. This seemed to take away some of them because it softens so well. So I would not recommend to use if u have straight hair, probably would make it super flat but shiny. It definitely does what it says. I think I would only use it once a month just to soften my hair and get rid of frizzing.

This product was recommended to my by Ulta.. It was very drying to my hair...and let it really flat. It seemed to clean very well...but seemed to strip my hair. My hair was able to go 2 days without washing after using this.
