Seems to work
I really hesitated to buy this because of the price and I wasn't sure how it would work but Ulta has such a libral return policy I thought I would try it. I used this when my hair had a lot of gray roots and I should have been using a box color like I usually do so this was a pretty tough test of th...

Does not work!
Discovered this at Ulta by accident. I was excited about this product. I'm getting tired of root touch ups every 2 weeks. Well it did nothing. I left it on for 40 mins. As I was waiting, it looked like my roots were turning golden brown. I needed darker, but I would have been fine with it. Washed ...

Not sure if I'd purchase again, probably not
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I'm more of a orange copper that's not too bright, this is very pigmented and I'd recommend more if you were a strawberry copper either more red tones whether it's red red or even has a hint of it. Does make your hair pretty smooth though.
loved it
Hair Type Straight Hair
the consistency is supper easy to work with doesn't clump up or need extra effort to evenly apply, color is nice and holds up well with heat also makes my hair feel soft after blow drying
This will turn any old highlights greeeeen!
Hair Type Wavy Hair
This light brown color glaze turned the ends of my hair where old highlights were GREEEEEN, like Happy St. patricks Day green. Smells awful. Dyed the shower walls instantly.

Copper makes hair PINK!!!
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
Beware. BRIGHT pink. Not copper tone at all.
I used Clear
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have used this once on my color treated blonde hair. I did not notice improved shine. It made my hair feel thicker, but that's about it. Did not lessen frizz. Next day, ALL the frizz was back. I had high hopes, but did not realize them.

- Q
Does it cover grey hairs?
- Asked by Ageless beauty
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageGloss+ is a semi permanent conditioning color, so it won't provide full gray coverage. However, depending on your hair and the type of gray you're working with, it can help blend grays and shift their tone for a more natural look. For best results, we recommend staying within 1–2 shades of your natural base color and always performing a strand test before applying Gloss+ allover. This will help determine if you're seeing the intended results! If you're looking for full gray coverage, our Root Touch-Up Kits would be the better option. Thanks for the inquiry! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
can this product be used on beards?
- Asked by deb
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageThanks for this important question! While Gloss+ isn't specifically formulated for use on facial hair, some customers do choose to use it on their beards for subtle color enhancement and blending. Facial hair can process differently than scalp hair, so we strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small section first to assess both the color result and skin sensitivity before applying it more broadly. Be especially careful to avoid contact with the skin whenever possible. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
How often should you use this?
- Asked by Elizabeth B
- Official Answer By dpHUE - Brand EngageThanks for your question! We recommend using Gloss+ every 3–8 washes, depending on how vibrant you want to keep your color and how often you wash your hair. Since it’s a semi-permanent color conditioner, regular use helps maintain tone, shine, and richness between salon visits. Was this answer helpful to you
