I was immediately drawn to the shade Pink Taffy. It's a soft, wearable pink that gives the lips a fresh, healthy flush rather than looking overly bright or artificial. The formula applies evenly with a flossy finish that gradually fades into a natural-looking stain, making it perfect for everyday we...ar. Performance- wise, this lip stain does exactly what it promises. It feels lightweight, isn't sticky and leaves behind a comfortable tint after the shine wears off. the addition of moisturizing ingredients like glycerin, squalene, sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), ceramides and shea butter helps prevent the dry, tight feeling that many lip stains can leave behind. Coconut water is also included, although it's lower on the ingredient list than the marketing might suggest. Where I become a little more critical its eh ingredient profile. After scanning the formula through the Yuka app, it received a 33/100, largely due to the presence of ingredients such as pneoxyethanol, ceteareth-20, and certain synthetic polymers and silicones that contribute to texture and wear but aren't considered ideal by ingredient-rating platforms. While these ingredients are commonly used in cosmetics and are generally permitted within regulated concentrations, they may not appeal to consumers looking for a cleaner or more minimalist formula. The product also contains several synthetic colorants, which is fairly typical for long-wearing lip stains. However, if ingredients quality is a major factor in your purchasing decisions, this formula may give you a pause. While the performance is excellent, I was hoping for a cleaner formation considering the branding around the coconut water and hydration. Overall, I think its a great lip stain for those prioritizing wear and appearance there is is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the ingredient list.
