Way Too Greasy

Works as well as using cooking oil
This "cleansing" balm smells nice, but it doesnt work like the other cleansing balms or oils I've used from other brands, such as banillas zero cleansing balm or DHC deep cleanse oil. Those actually break up makeup and dirt and most of it washes away so there is only a small amount to cleanse with your second-step cleanser. This stuff works about as well as rubbing cooking oil all over your face. It just smears my eye makeup all around my face and leaves my face a greasy mess. Sorry, but I just can't recommend this.
great packaging but terrible formula
it doesnt do a great job at removing makeup and it stings around the eyes. it also irritates my skin. i love the concept for the packaging because i hate digging my fingers into a tub. but being such a liquidy formula makes it less effective at makeup removal
Removes Everything Without Drying Out My Skin
This is hands down the best makeup remover I have ever used. It removes absolutely everything so easily, including eye makeup, without irritating my eyes at all. I have dry, sensitive skin, so I'm always worried that cleansing products will leave my skin feeling tight or dehydrated, but this one leaves my skin feeling clean and comfortable instead. It melts makeup away effortlessly and doesn't require a ton of rubbing or scrubbing.
No blurry vision!
I love this cleansing balm! It's the only makeup remover that does not get into my eyes and cause everything to look blurry for the next half hour. It works really well in combination with a microfiber cloth and removes all of my mascara and eyeliner. It has a nice herbal scent that washes away with the product, so you only smell it while using it (which I prefer since I have slightly sensitive skin). Overall this is a nice solid first step in a double cleanse.
Way Too Greasy

I don't have a problem with the packaging, I think being able to squeeze it on your hands or cotton pad is convenient and had no issues. My main issue is that the product is SO greasy! It makes my face feel oily instantly and it does not wash off easily. You are left with a thick, oily residue on your face and you are just wiping around your makeup or sunscreen making it worse and harder to remove from the eyes and other areas. I have to use several cotton pads/squares and then add in some micellar water and it takes way too long to remove. So definitely did not save on time and actually added a step. If using in the shower maybe it would be easier, but that's not what I was looking for. Clean-it and other products offer the same results without that heavy greasy feeling like vasoline on your face. I would not recommend.
