Shedding, greasy scalp & dry ends!!
I have been using this shampoo & conditioner duo. It didn't do much to my curls at all. In fact, my curls are limp, and dry after each wash. However, I noticed it didn't leave my scalp itchy like other shampoos so I continued to use it. I feel like this shampoo also doesn't do a good job clean...

The texture of this shampoo is just like the other shampoos from the brand. Yes it is liquidy, but once you figure out how to use it correctly, it's great. It does clean my hair very well. And I have a lot of hair. Also, it does not irritate my sensitive scalp or neck skin. So happy to have found a hypoallergenic shampoo from a brand I already love. If you have used any shampoos from this brand, you know that you have to follow it with conditioner. I'm assuming some of the negative reviews might be from people who are just trying to use a shampoo. I always have to use conditioner anyway because I have thick curly hair, but when I use both from the set, my hair is amazing.
Gave me scalp issues
I got this shampoo because I really like the "pure harmony hairbath" shampoo by this brand. I thought this would be good to switch up my shampoo and liked that its fragrance free and "hypoallergenic." I noticed it says clarifying which I know can be harsh so I was careful not to use too much. Despite my efforts, it gave me itchy patches that look like psoriasis and dried out my hair. I'm not going to say I don't recommend this product because I believe shampoo is very individual. This may work great for some, but I'm never going to use it again (which suks considering the price) I'll stick to my tried and true.

The Innersense Clarity Hairbath has been a lifesaver (and hair-saver) as I'm working to manage an eczema flare up! It cleans my scalp and hair as well as the Hairbath I normally use, but this more gentle, hypoallergenic formula leaves my scalp itch-free. My curly hair is hydrated and bouncy.

My hair feel super soft with this shampoo definitely will be rebuying also very great customer service when my shampoo spilled opened in the box they shipped me out a new one right away. Definitely recommend!

This is a bit too clarfiying for my hair, and it leaves my strands in tangles. My hair does look better, but I'm going to try a different product, as I don't think this is the right one for me.
