Too much I'll explain
The stylist added this after washed hair and then a spray of another product (had no reaction- thankfully) and then magic serum no more than 2 drops and it was too much for my wavy thick hair; the back went flat after a day, but curl remains underneath. Go figure! Wavy hair is SO tough because you r...

I've tried twice but can't do the contact dermatitis
First time I got a reaction was behind my neck & kept using it only as I didn't have another LIC & I liked what the product stood for (no frag) & thought I would get used to it. I took a break. Hair Type Wavy Hair
First time I got a reaction was behind my neck & kept using it only as I didn't have another LIC & I liked what the product stood for (no frag) & thought I would get used to it. I took a break. I tried again & used it 8xs & still same reaction. I'm allergic to phenoxyethanol (preservative) & plant-based extracts; it's a real thing & such a shame as the corn starch in here helps to hold definition of curls. But the raised red itchy bumps I just can't do anymore--- it's a pass. Patch test first.
Not what I hoped for
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have sensitive skin and while I love that this leave-in is fragrance free, it made my hair considerably less soft and manageable than prior to using. I used different amounts each time wondering if that would change but it just wasn't working and left my hair in an unruly state.
Loveeee
Ive tried so many leave in conditioners and this one is by far the best one. I have fine thin straight hair. It leaves it soft without weighing it down.
glad I tried
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
fine curly hair transitioning to my natural gray. needed something for frizz control. first ..thankfully no smell. doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy or oily. I liked best when applied wet and let air dry. have also used on dry hair to tame the frizz on top. heat protection is a plus.
Too much I'll explain
The stylist added this after washed hair and then a spray of another product (had no reaction- thankfully) and then magic serum no more than 2 drops and it was too much for my wavy thick hair; the back went flat after a day, but curl remains underneath. Go figure! Wavy hair is SO tough because you really have to NOT touch it after product is in otherwise its going to give you the opposite results. We can always try again but as my husband says, less is more. Trial and error is good its just finding the right balance can be tricky. I'm not so much interested right now in holding curl as I am with achieving a healthier scalp and no severe problems as in the past. I'll explain.. there are just too many fragrances and chemicals in haircare products nowadays that someone who struggles to find a product that works is 1000% challenging at best. Fragrances are either 100% natural (no explanation of whats in it) or synthetic (pass- will give a reaction) and both cause ALL major problems for the scalp. Nowadays, companies are putting sulfates in instead of taking them out which does SO much havoc to the scalp by drying it out and roughing up the outer part of the hair cuticle that it takes even longer to repair— ugh! Its a nightmare! I'm thankful that my stylist would use Seen products on me at her salon instead of the over-parfumed products she uses. Never hurts to ask your stylist if she can use your products so you too can have a scalp free experience, and who knows you might just find the stylist for life. I truly hope, and thats a big hope but again I believe in keeping the faith that more salons will carry fragrance free options and customers make suggestions to salons to carry such products that they stock it with Seen and feel the difference for themselves.
